Welcome to Terri Fox Fitness!
Fitness for a 50-year old body is much different than fitness designed for a 20-year old.
Fitness over 50 requires a more personal training approach, but should be done without the high cost of personal training. You get the best of both worlds once you enter the Terri Fox Fitness studio.
We work with individuals within a class setting to help you reach your fitness goals. At our fitness center, you will lose fat, gain lean muscle mass, endurance, flexibility, balance and self-esteem. You will look good in your clothes and will add friendships and support to help you along your journey to health.
