1. Keep a glass of water and drink from it often.
2. Chose 2 appetizers vs. an app and an entree and split a dessert.
3. Ask for sauces/dressing on the side so you can dip not cover
4. Ask for steamed veggies.
5. If you get an entree, ask for a doggie bag with your meal and put half in the box immediately.
