Susan brought in these amazing peanut butter protein balls to the gym and, well you probably missed them! So, to be fair, she brought in her recipe and I thought I'd share it. Make up a batch and keep them handy for afternoon snacks or as a treat. They are amazing.

1/2 c. peanut butter (your choice)

1/2 c. honey or agave (vegan)

1 c (ish) Museli or Oats

1/4 c slivered almonds

1 scoop (choice) protein powder

additions: coconut, raisins, dried cranberries, mini chips

Optional:

1/8 c ground flax seed

1/8 c. chia seeds

Mix ingredients and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll into 1" balls. Use coconut oil on hands to keep dough from sticking.

Serving info:

1 serving = 3 balls. Depending on ingredients calories 250-300
