Balance to Keep You Walking

Let's face it, walking is a one-legged exercise. If you can't stand on one foot, you can't walk. You begin to shuffle and anytime you have to raise your foot, curb, cat, dog, grandkid, getting in a car, etc. you are at risk for a fall because you can't stand on one foot. That puts you in a very precarious situation and dependent on others. Stay independent, stay walking, take care of you and practice these exercises to keep you safe from falls.
