Healthy Pizza Strips

Need a quick, healthy snack or dinner idea? Try these incredibly easy pizza strips made with gluten-free wraps and chicken meatballs. Lots of flavors to meet everyone's tastes.

These take just 4 ingredients and about 30 minutes:

1 Bag of flatbread of your choice

Tomato sauce of your choice

Chicken meatballs of various flavors

Cheese.

1 Bag gluten-free flatbread (I chose Sandwich Petals Spinach/Garlic

Coat with tomato sauce of choice. I used Kirkland's Marinara Sauce

Cook these amazing chicken meatballs until warm throughout.

Cut meatballs in half and place in rows on the flatbread and cover with your favorite cheese. Note of caution on cheese: lightly cover, it doesn't need to be layered on like a parka in winter.

Place on pizza stone and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350. Let cool and then cut into strips for serving. Pair with a salad and you have a meal.
